The Tomahawk Steak is considered one of the most impressive steaks — a premium bone-in steakhouse cut that is deliciously marbled. Named after a single-handed axe, the tomahawk is from the tender beef rib or ribeye, which is cut from the loin. At 40+ ounces, it is the largest steak we offer. To bring out the best in its flavor, serve it at medium rare.
